Back-End AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Back-End Engineer to help build and scale our core platform services,
including data pipelines and APIs that drive real-time revenue processing. You’ll work closely
with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high-performance solutions, leveraging
Snowflake as a critical component of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Snowflake’s SQL, Snowpark, Python to support business requirements and product enhancements.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake for real-time and batch revenue data processing
• Design and implement database schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Working knowledge with Streams, Task, Warehouse & JSON file formats
• Optimize Snowflake SQL queries and Python code for performance and scalability.
• Integrate backend services with Salesforce, billing platforms, and ERP systems
• Ensure robust system performance, availability, and security across the platform
• Partner with front-end and QA teams for feature delivery and release management
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to architectural decisions
• Maintain best practices in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Snowflake SQL, python and database development.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of back-end development experience with a strong foundation in Snowflake SQL & python development, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing Snowflake data warehouses and pipelines
• Experience working with Rest APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency with relational databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and data modeling
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and scalable system design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Background in accounting systems, finance tools, or revenue recognition workflows is a plus
• Snowflake Certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem or CPQ platforms
• Understanding of ASC 606 and related compliance requirements
