Position Overview:


RightRev is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to lead our efforts in driving top-of-funnel growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is pivotal in building and executing strategies that engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and lead acquisition.
  • Database Management:
    Build and maintain a robust database of target accounts and contacts to ensure precision in outreach efforts.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Design, implement, and optimize nurture email campaigns to educate prospects on RightRev’s offerings and move them through the buyer’s journey.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    Design and execute ABM programs to target high-value accounts with personalized campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Marketing Channels:
    Leverage a mix of email marketing, webinars, events, and digital campaigns to generate demand and grow the lead pipeline. 
  • Event Promotion and Coordination:
    Assist with event coordination and preparation. Travel and event attendance may be required.
  • Content Promotion:
    Drive traffic to campaigns via landing pages, social media, email, and other channels. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional assets.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead handoffs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven hands-on experience building and segmenting databases of target accounts and contacts.
  • Expertise in email marketing, account-based marketing, campaign management, and lead nurture strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Track record of managing multi-channel demand generation efforts, including webinars, events, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Creative, resourceful, and scrappy with a strong ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment and small team.
