Prior to founding RightRev, Jagan’s extensive accounting, IT, and ERP background led him to build the first-to-market revenue recognition software, RevPro by Leeyo in 2009. At Leeyo, he grew the company to 200+ employees and 100+ customers with several customers in the Fortune 1000. Jagan then joined Zuora in June 2017 as part of Zuora’s acquisition of RevPro. In his role at Zuora, he led the revenue recognition franchise and was responsible for sales, engineering, product and customer success. His accomplished background which combines both accounting and software engineering helped him solve a huge gap in revenue accounting. Jagan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.

Dan Miller is a seasoned finance executive with a diverse background encompassing fundraising, controllership, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), startup management, managerial finance, business development, digital assets, and strategic planning. His extensive background includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at several high-growth SaaS companies, notably Extreme Networks, Fastly, and RightRev. Prior to these roles, Dan held the position of Vice President of Finance and General Manager at NetSuite, where he played a key role in financial leadership and overall business management. His expertise in financial management and accounting and his involvement in the technology sector showcase his commitment to driving growth and innovation within the organizations he serves.

Jenn Meehan is the Chief Strategy Officer at RightRev, where she drives strategic growth initiatives and partners with customers and ecosystem stakeholders to modernize revenue recognition. With more than 20 years of experience in revenue recognition and order-to-revenue transformations, Jenn brings deep domain expertise that translates directly into helping organizations navigate complex accounting requirements while scaling efficiently.

Prior to joining RightRev, Jenn served as Chief Growth Officer at Neocol, where she built and led the Revenue Automation practice, managed all consulting practices, and helped strengthen strategic partnerships with Salesforce and enterprise customers. Matthew Mayer is a growth-focused sales executive with over a decade of experience leading and scaling high-performing revenue organizations across industries, including but not limited to finance-driven SaaS companies. As VP and Head of Sales, he leads the go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and team execution to accelerate customer acquisition and ARR growth for one of the most innovative revenue recognition platforms on the market. Matthew blends deep operational discipline with a strong sense of market timing—skills honed through years of leading global sales and marketing teams in both established enterprises and startup environments.
