Job Description

RightRev is a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on revenue recognition automation. Our platform helps organizations comply with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 while improving operational efficiency and visibility across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. We work with leading ERPs and CRMs like NetSuite and Salesforce to streamline revenue operations.

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and event support.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, content, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other departments to produce marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to measure success and ROI.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Manage and update the company’s CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, social media).
  • Proficient in content creation and copywriting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at RightRev, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers, helping them derive maximum value from their investment. You will lead the post-sale relationship, champion customer success goals, and ensure adoption of RightRev across key personas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Own a portfolio of assigned accounts, building strong relationships with Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints, QBRs, and strategic business reviews to ensure customers are achieving their goals with RightRev.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively manage risks to satisfaction or renewal.

Product Adoption & Success Planning

  • Drive adoption of RightRev features by helping customers understand best practices and use cases aligned to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth post-go-live experience.
  • Create and manage Success Plans that document objectives, success metrics, and usage milestones.

Renewals & Expansion

  • Partner with Sales to manage renewal strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Surface upsell and cross-sell leads based on customer goals, usage data, and org changes.
  • Ensure value is clearly demonstrated leading up to renewal discussions.

Customer Advocacy & Feedback

  • Serve as the voice of the customer—collecting feedback to influence product and support enhancements.
  • Identify referenceable customers and coordinate testimonials, case studies, and CAB participation.
  • Track customer sentiment and advocate internally for needs or feature requests.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting role.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or RevOps users; strong familiarity with revenue recognition, billing, or Quote-to-Cash systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills—comfortable with both day-to-day users and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple customer relationships with competing priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 or prior experience in RevRec automation tools (e.g., RightRev, NetSuite ARM, Zuora Revenue).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a scale-up SaaS environment.

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in our customer acquisition process—partnering with Account Executives to demonstrate the power of RightRev to prospects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, mapping software solutions to customer pain points, and influencing the sales process from a technical and strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the technical evaluation of RightRev.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that reflect the prospect’s unique business processes, especially around revenue recognition and Quote-to-Cash flows.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, map them to product features, and provide actionable recommendations.

Solution Design

  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs, including data flow, system integration, and configuration recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consultants to ensure customer requirements are feasible and align with roadmap capabilities.
  • Support creation of statements of work (SOWs), scoping documents, and technical diagrams.

Technical Expertise

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant role at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and/or Revenue Recognition processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems—especially Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data structures, and software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications
